Everything Oscillate Audio sells is written by us. Some parts come from other people, who share their work under open licences — this page names them, as those licences ask and as they deserve. Nothing in our licence restricts the rights their licences give you. The same notices ship in the Licenses folder of every download.

CAIRN — the rooms

Impulse responses from OpenAIR, the Open Acoustic Impulse Response Library, Audiolab, University of York, licensed under CC BY 4.0. Changes made: trimmed, the decay below the microphone noise continued from the measured decay rate per octave band, high-passed at 20 Hz, resampled to 48 kHz, level-matched; stereo versions decoded from B-format where needed; 3D versions converted to SN3D and rotated to the direct sound, some spatialised from stereo or mono. The processed files are included openly with CAIRN under CC BY 4.0.

TARN

Twenty-four of TARN’s presets are fitted to impulse responses from the OpenAIR library (Audiolab, University of York, CC BY 4.0). TARN contains only numbers derived from them, not the recordings.

SCREE

The SINE unit follows the principle of Airwindows “Density” by Chris Johnson (MIT licence): limit, then take the sine. No Airwindows code is included — the credit is a courtesy.
