Everything here is a download that starts the moment you have paid. That is why a purchase is final once delivery has begun — and why we take it seriously when something does not work.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have a 14 day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital content, that right ends once delivery begins, provided you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal (in Germany: § 356 (5) BGB). You give that agreement with the tick box right above the buy button; without it, the checkout does not open. Your purchase email confirms it.
When you get a refund
If a product does not run as described on a system listed on its product page, write to [email protected]. We fix it with an update, and if we cannot, you get a full refund. The same goes for an accidental duplicate purchase of the same product. Your statutory rights for defective digital products are not affected.
When a refund is issued, the serial number of that order is switched off: the plug-in learns this the next time it checks for updates.
Who processes the refund
Paid orders are processed by our online reseller Link (Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company), acting as merchant of record; “Sold through Link” appears in the checkout and on your receipt. A refund is therefore issued by that reseller and appears on your statement under its name. Write to us first at [email protected] with your order number — that is the fastest way.
Broken or missing downloads
A link that expired or an archive that will not open is not a refund case — it is our mistake to fix. Write to us with your order number and we will reissue the link the same day.
Your order number appears in the receipt email our reseller sends you.
